Shipping Policies

1. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be sent by the most convenient parcel according to their city, state, etc.


2. All shipments are sent with express guides (1 to 3 business days) but this will depend entirely on the destination area of ​​the shipment, that is, if the destination city is an extended area, it may take more days than expected, being the responsibility of the contracted parcel.


3. We do not handle returns, if an exchange is required, the garment must be sent to the store using a return guide provided by our company. When making a change, two extra guides are required, one for the customer to return their package to us and another for us to send them their new order. One shipment is at the customer's expense and the other at Peka boutique's expense.


4. ⁠ To request a change it will be necessary to contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram.


4. The client has only 3 days in his favor to request changes (after receipt).

WHEN IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE A CHANGE:

- When they are accessories such as: Bags, jewelry, stockings, personal use products such as; ribbons, patches, bras etc.
- On items discounted from their original price.
